Adèle Cubillé
England to USA

A civil engineer with a mechanical and logistic background, I enjoy visiting new places, tasting different food and meeting people. With Bridges, I am able to discover cultures around the world, and enrich my technical skills!

Listen to Adèle’s podcast!

In my year in Miami I was able to have a good overview on the tender process and challenges thanks to different tasks : design coordination, means and methods, procurement, bid coordination, carbon estimation and conference marketing/support. Both bids I have been working on were challenging and very interesting projects (marine works and caissons, immersive tube tunnel).

I also had the chance to visit the Pawtucket tunnel site, assist a Shotcrete training in Zurich, took part in the Cutting Edge Conference as a sponsor, and even attend the French National day at the french embassy in Washington DC !

I like to spend time on the beach or by the pool when I want to relax. I have of course experience the amazing Miami night life with the great people I met here !

I also took advantage of being in this part of the world to travel to Puerto Rio and Costa Rica – those amazing landscapes and memories will be forever with me.

Last but not least : I skydived for the first time, with the amazing view of South Florida !
