‘Bridges Programme’ is a development programme implemented by the Civil Works Division of Bouygues Construction: Bouygues Travaux Publics and VSL.
This International Talent Development programme has been designed as part of our drive to better recognise international talents and to strengthen our international mindset.
Organised around 3 pillars (Work. Learn. Explore), this programme will provide attendees with ‘bridges’ to mobility and a key to open the door to an international career.
It comprises the following elements:
• Assignment of 2 x 1 year in different countries,
• The assignment is chosen by the company,
• A personalised follow-up (mentoring by Senior Managers),
• Technical, cross cultural and self-development training,
• Kick-off meeting in France before the departure,
• Start of first rotation: February 2025,
• A commitment from the Group to offer an opportunity at the end of the programme.
A group of 20 participants maximum from the Civil Works Division from the Civil Works Division with:
• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• A minimum of 2 years’ and a maximum of 5 years’ professional experience
• A minimum of 1 year of group seniority
• Cultural curiosity
